The management team is supported by seasoned senior broker personnel from the insurance industry. INGroup deals with insurers that have passed the securities counsel in term of Global Credit Ratings, any status with less than an A rating, if required to be used, is approved by the client.

Group GM, Mr Uvan Pillay, has been in the insurance industry for over 16 years, young and vibrant and always trying to make an old industry “young”.  He was tasked to head up and take this company well into the future.

Claims Services

We undertake to provide world class services and feed off the standards from our overseas contacts. We are implementing and trying to keep the standards as high as we can maintain them. Claims related services in respect of notification, assessments, negotiation and settlement in relation to our clients’ mandates and in terms of the insurance policy placements.  All claims are facilitated via our offices to the underwriters.
